A large pixel based illustration, used as both a poster and an invitation to a launch event, held at RIBA in November 2007. Hard work, but a fun project.

After hours projects

I love the web, so when I get a little spare time, its nice to work on sites just for fun. These are a couple of my favourite after hours projects

Citycreator.com
CityCreator is a collaboration with Cal Henderson. I concepted and designed the site, while Cal did all the back-end magic. The site has been online for 4 years and been nominated for an Ars Electronica award. A commercial version has also been made for UK TV company Channel 4, which was nominated for an IVCA Biz-net award. The site has been featured in newspapers and magazines around the world - from The Guardian newspaper in England to USA Today.

b3ta.com
B3ta is an online creative community. Over 4 years old now, the site was co-founded by myself, Cal Henderson and Rob Manuel. B3ta has a weekly newsletter and an active community on the messageboard... Its a great site, but not for the faint-hearted.
