Greenpeace china

Soya has been grown in China for more than 5,000 years. Although the Chinese government does not currently allow GE soya beans to be grown in China, an increase in GE soya imports is threatening to contaminate crops now and in the future.

As part of an online protest, Greenpeace commissioned me to create sections of the Great Wall of China. Each section can join with itself and all other pieces, which means a never ending wall can be built - with varying twists and turns. Two backgrounds were also created, which can tile with themselves or eachother. Greenpeace protesters sign up for a section of the wall and can attach their comment to it. A wall of protest will be built, helping to keep GE soya out of China.

Sign the petition or see the wall in action here.
